More Music to Your Baby’s Ears

New parents have so many things to think about from car seat safety to what changing table is going to be best. It can get overwhelming and sometimes music isn’t high on the list.

Here are some more sound thoughts you may not have thought about when it comes to music…

  • Music communicates and comforts in ways we can’t imagine or describe in words.
  • Music really does have a language all it’s own.
  • Music has the ability to transcend race and ethnicity, and communicate on so many levels in so many ways.
  • Music is an integral part of every culture.

When you think about music from the perspective of where would we be without it…suddenly music seems essential and can jump to the top of the list.  The universal language of music has the ability to touch, comfort, educate and expand the developing mind at all stages of growth; even the earliest of stages – developing in the mother’s womb.

Is it a Boy or a Girl?

These days the decision is split on whether to find out the sex of your baby ahead of time.

Odds are more and more these days that for the FIRST child, the sex of the baby is going to be a surprise. Not only do gender neutral colors go with any nursery, they are calming colors as well. You can wrap your little one in a soft, gender-neutral white baby blanket blanketwhite and if you think you need a splash of color you can pick colorful stuffed animals to decorate cribs or nursery shelves.

If you’re wanting to give a gender neutral baby blanket and you really want a splash of color there is always a soft green baby blanket blanketgreen. If it doesn’t go in their pink or blue nursery there is always the car, diaper bag, or pack ‘n play.

Mom’s can never have too many blankets! You can never go wrong with the snuggly security of camel or brown blanketcamel , the innocence and beauty of white, or the serene and calming effects of green!
